Sr. Surface Chemist We are offering a Sr. Surface Chemist position at our Mesa, AZ facility. Key Responsibilities Apply in-depth knowledge of surface chemistry, organic/inorganic chemistry, electrochemistry, and interfacial phenomena to guide slurry development strategies. Investigate interactions between slurry chemistries and dielectric/metal films, as well as surface interactions with functional components, understand CMP mechanisms, enhance slurry performance (e.g., removal rate, topography, defectivity), and minimize corrosion, metal contamination, and particle/byproduct re‐adsorption. Utilize advanced surface analytical techniques to characterize the chemical state, morphology, and interfacial properties of slurry components, CMP consumables, and processed wafer surfaces.
