POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced NPI Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Senior Engineer to lead supplier quality execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role is critical to ensuring supplier quality readiness, preventing supplier‑related quality escapes, and enforcing disciplined execution of the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) from Proto through EVT and DVT. The SQE senior engineer will serve as a key technical leader and advisor, partnering closely with NPI Quality Program Management (QPM) and cross‑functional teams to enable predictable, high‑quality product launches and support overall Quality Performance Index (QPI) objectives.
