- Lead a teams of 4 to 8 Engineers for Dry Gas Seal Support System Post-Order Engineering.
- Accountable for overall Engineering KPI ‘s and focus on OTD and Quality metrices.
- Learn & lead Vent study projects globally using Hysys. SPOC within John Crane as Technical Admin to AspenTech products.
- Training & developing of empowered engineering team for GSS engineering & to perform vent studies.Working directly with all internal stakeholders and align with them on Engineering Service Level to meet their expectation.
- I- Project – job management tool for Gas seal system engineering as a global tool, Support for migration from I Project to any alternative Engineering project / job management software as directed by Engineering Solutions management.
- Job Planning in DOSE & MS project, Distribution of the work among the team member and drive quality output well within the promise date.
