Job Description
Whats On Your Plate
- Develop and continuously improve regional SOPs and quality control standards for rider performance safety and brand compliance.
- Lead regional programs focused on rider hygiene professionalism and vehicle condition.
- Act as the main point of contact for local rider quality teams in all MENA markets.
- Design & rollout regional initiatives & strategic projects (e.g. Rider behaviours box/hygiene checks uniform compliance audits).
- Support markets in setting KPIs and performance targets and ensure consistency in execution and reporting on rider quality score.
- Deliver regular dashboards insights and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Create tools (checklists audit trackers penalty logs) analyze data & identify market trends and propose corrective actions.
