The Sr Specialist Martech will be responsible for leading Martech discussions testing new product features before implementation in Braze and driving innovation in CRM channels. This role will work closely with Engineering Product and CRM strategy teams to ensure seamless integration quality assurance and optimization of CRM technologies. Additionally the role will oversee deep link testing SDK updates and data connections between Braze and internal databases and CRM automation improvements.

• Lead Martech discussions and test new product features overseeing Braze implementation and integration of these features
• Collaborate with Engineering Product DH Retention Solutions and CRM Business teams to ensure smooth Martech rollouts.
• Explore test and onboard new CRM channels (e.g. WhatsApp RCS push email).
