Position Summary
Effectual’s Office of the CTO sets the company’s technical strategy and delivers the innovation that makes it real. We build and validate new platforms and capabilities, then take the right ones to production. AI and agentic systems remain a core thread of the roadmap, with established production deployments both internally and for customers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will bring ideas to production on AWS, including integrating LLMs and agents with various platforms and enterprise APIs. Most of your work will be internal innovation, building platforms and tools that end up serving both internal teams and customer engagements. Occasionally you'll support customer work more directly. You will report to the CTO & Chief AI Officer and work with a cross-functional team.
