Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Software Asset Management Analyst for a large manufacturing organization with a complex and diverse software landscape. This individual will own the end-to-end cataloging, validation, and documentation of enterprise software, ensuring compliance, reducing redundancy, and establishing scalable processes for license and user management.
The ideal candidate is part technologist, part process builder, and part diplomat β someone who can navigate plant-floor realities, partner cross-functionally, and bring structure to an environment with significant software sprawl. This role is highly visible, business-impacting, and offers a strong growth path into a Lead or Process Specialist role within Software Asset Management. Daily, this individual will be responsible but not limited to the below:
β’βValidate and maintain a centralized software catalog across the enterprise
β’βIdentify unused, expiring, shadow IT, or redundant applications
