Amazon is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage the Integrated Centralized Monitoring & Response System (iCMRS) — a pioneering innovation within Amazon's Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) organization. The iCMRS is a unified platform that integrates monitoring and response capabilities across all miles of Amazon's supply chain, including Last Mile (AMZL), Middle Mile (ATS), Fulfillment Centers (FC), and Grocery & Specialty Fulfillment (GSF). Operating from a centralized Control Center in Bangalore, the system leverages remote CCTV monitoring, data-driven investigation tools, and process audit frameworks to deliver loss prevention interventions, crisis and incident response, and operational process compliance across 190+ sites in India, Singapore, and Japan.
