As a “Sr. Seller Solutions Manager” you will lead complex, product-led initiatives in the Automotive sector. This role will operate at the intersection of Product, Program, Partner Management, and Ops teams, defining the seller experience, aligning SOPs, and creating KPIs and audit mechanisms to measure and improve seller satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a strong thinker with deep leadership skills, product understanding, capable of translating ambiguous requirements into scalable, customer-centric solutions and processes. You will operate as a single-threaded owner for end-to-end seller satisfaction and performance, ensuring product roadmap, CX initiatives, seller processes, and vendor integrations enable success of Automotive sellers on Amazon.
