Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and comprehensive services to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of the Company's import and export freight forwarding services.
- Receive requests to execute shipments and follow up with local/overseas product teams to make bookings.
- To conduct follow-up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly.
- Obtain rates from Crane offices/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
- Provide support in managing and growing business with our House Accounts.
- Support Sales Team in providing rate/service requests and support them on shipment related matters.
- Provide freight solutions and propose to clients.
- Escalate shipment issues and assist with resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
