Right-of-Way Agent in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

This position includes per diem. The individual we are looking for must be a self-starter and able to perform the tasks below with very little or no supervision.

Qualifications and Responsibilities Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners and local government officials and agencies.

Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity.

Can relate to people from various backgrounds.

Can diffuse tense situations quickly.

Negotiate terms for surface agreements, including surface use agreements, pipeline rights of way, and easements.

Settle surface damages and ensure necessary access to company assets.

Thorough understanding of surface use agreements, easements, pipeline ROW, surface titles, and gov't laws/regulations related to Right ...
