The Center for Infectious Diseases in India (CIDI) in the Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking a **_Sr. Research Data Analyst_** (Sr. RDA) to lead analytics for multiple projects within the Center. The Sr. RDA will be active in the data pre-processing stages as well as the analysis and interpretation of results. The Sr. RDA will be involved in designing and developing analysis plans involving genomic analysis (Illumina, nanopore, RNA-seq, and nano String data), application-based data representation (e.g., Rshiny), and epidemiological methods (e.g., mixed methods and predictive analytics). The position will interact with other data analysts, genomics experts, laboratory staff, and clinicians.
