Job Description

Undertake quantity works for Building projects - Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Hospital, Fitout, Industry / warehouse (depending on project requirement)

  • Prepare cost plans at different design stages including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. Analyse and adjust unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering exercises, collect market quotations, and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting.
  • Carryout procurement related tasks such as preparing PQ documentation, maintaining tender schedules, managing tender events, issuing documentation, evaluating tenders and drafting tender reports. Experience in working with standard forms of contract (., FIDIC, CPWD) and assisting in compiling final contract documents
