What You Will Do

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Handle the supplier’s quality issue effectively and timely to protect customers, drive supplier to take containment, corrective and prevention actions with 8D methodology.

2.

Co-work with GCQ to handle sorting activity and RMA process for customer complaints, support GCQ on fast 8D response to satisfy customer.

3.

Closely work with MPE on daily supplier’s quality performance management by driving yield and capacity improvement to support operation.

4.

Lead and organize the on-site process audit for the new and existing suppliers, plan and perform regular QMS audit at suppliers to monitor supplier’s quality system performance, drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier.

5.

Work with cross function team to support customer audit when needed, drive the continuous improvement from suppliers for the NC findings.
