Local (North America) expert and process owner for Quality Gates and Risk Releases, able to coach the organization on all aspects of these processes. This includes Platform, System, Component, Hardware, Software, and Relocation projects. Local expert for One Q for all project types (Quality Gate Tool). Management and leadership of the Quality Gate Moderation team in the region, including the development of associates (gap analysis and competency plans). Transfer Corporate/Division requirements into local specifications and support the implementation in the region, including improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.
