As our

Sr. Project Manager , you will manage multiple institutional, commercial and industrial construction projects in Hamilton, the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe and Kitchener/Waterloo, with budgets from $20 million.

Responsibilities Partner with our Superintendents and provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including coordination management, budgeting, scheduling and quality control.

Maintain a positive cash flow and prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
