Compensation and Benefits
BELFOR and BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG) offer competitive pay and a wide range of benefit options including, but not limited to, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position has a pay range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually with opportunities for commission and additional compensation.

Position Overview

BELFOR Senior Project Managers have either a restoration or construction focus. Qualified candidate will be the industry expert and are local, regional, or national BELFOR resources for large projects, complex projects, and high-risk/high-profile environments. You will serve on BELFOR Cat teams following hurricanes and other regionalized damage recovery efforts. Sr Project Managers are eligible to become BELFOR estimators.
