Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross‑functional technology and digital initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment combining Agile and plan‑driven methodologies. Operating within a matrixed organization, this role drives execution of strategic priorities by bringing structure, alignment, and operational rigor across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs from discovery through launch
Build and manage integrated delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, adapting delivery approach as needs evolve
Maintain accurate project tracking, dashboards, and documentation across standard project management tools
