As a Senior Product Manager-Tech for Product Quality Excellence, you will own the product strategy for reducing product complaint rates across Amazon's global stores. You will build and optimize AI-powered solutions that identify quality risks, drive root cause elimination, and enable the right interventions that raise the bar on product quality for every customer.
