Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own the product strategy and roadmap for OmniFrost, Amazon's next‑generation SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) platform. OmniFrost is a mobile‑first, AI‑powered monitoring and control system designed to replace both legacy vendor SCADA and Amazon's existing SCADA 2.0 across the global fulfilment network.

This role owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for OmniFrost from defining requirements and success metrics through scaled network deployment. You will work directly with RME field teams, engineering, and leadership to drive a production‑ready platform that delivers measurable operational impact at scale.
