Job Description
Job Description
The Senior Product Manager, Identity, Commerce, and Community (ICC) is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of foundational platform services—such as identity APIs, entitlements, preferences, and consent—that power trusted relationships with users and members across a portfolio of digital products. This domain includes account creation and authentication, subscription or membership lifecycles, and community participation flows.
In this role, you will align multiple workstreams into a single, coherent domain plan, establish shared decision criteria and measurement, and partner closely with product teams to accelerate the delivery of consistent, high-quality front-end experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own the domain roadmap across Identity, Commerce, and Community, including sequencing work, managing dependencies, and making clear tradeoffs across multiple teams and partners.
