What We Do:

We seek end-to-end net benefit by minimizing under-the-roof costs for FCs and maximizing opportunities for FCs to deliver customer orders within 24hrs (1D delivery). We dive deep into metrics to identify and address opportunities within existing systems and processes.

We are process experts leading the transformation from a push to pull inventory model. We simplify, standardize, and improve processes by using our expertise and strategic position within Amazon Fulfillment to innovate on behalf of the customer, providing standard ways of working and facilitating decision-making for FCs by delivering best-in-class products.
