Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented Lease Abstractors to join our team. As a Lease Abstractor, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and summarizing commercial lease agreements to extract essential information accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Abstract and Review the Lease documents or any Amendments.
  • Manage and update all leases in the Lease Admin system.
  • Review and analyze commercial lease agreements, extracting key terms, conditions, clauses, and addendums.
  • Condense complex lease documents into clear summaries, emphasizing critical details such as lease dates, rental rates, clauses, and tenant responsibilities.
  • Enter abstracted data into designated databases with precision, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
