Join the Worldwide Grocery Store's Pre-construction team and work to implement Whole Foods and Amazon’s grocery facility network infrastructure and retail formats. We're seeking a Sr. Pre-Construction Manager to collaborate cross-functionally with Landlords, Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Legal Teams throughout the pre-construction phase. This role will lead Pre-construction activities for large scale grocery industrial projects (distribution/fulfillment centers) and retail ground-up projects. This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, and contract negotiation.
