We’re looking for a Sr. Payroll Tax & Technology Analyst for a global organization with U.S. and Canadian operations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to payroll technical expert, validating end-to-end payroll calculations, system outputs, and vendor-generated results to confirm everything aligns with regulations, internal policies, and expected outcomes
• Run independent manual calculations on payroll and payroll taxes to spot discrepancies, then perform root cause analysis to determine whether issues stem from inputs, configuration, integrations, or vendor processing
• Partner with internal HRIS and the payroll vendor (UKG) to ensure system configurations consistently produce accurate, compliant results — including investigating configuration issues and driving fixes to resolution
• Own payroll tax validation across federal, state, local, and Canadian jurisdictions, covering tax calculation reviews, reconciliations...
