Position Purpose:

The Senior Operations Business Analyst of Building Services Parking Lot Projects is responsible for leading the execution of The Home Depot’s parking lot capital and investment program, overseeing a diverse portfolio of project managers, engineers, and paving contractors. They play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the safety, functionality, and appearance of The Home Depot’s parking lot infrastructure nationwide. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leading teams on projects, effective communication to teams and other leaders, reviewing and understanding financial data, identifying trends in paving business and the retail industry.
