Description and Requirements

Production Support Lead’s Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities in production services team and accountable for the system working of Control-M
  • Assign batch jobs and scheduler to the L1 SMC team for monitoring
  • Properly arrange staff duty roster, scheduler encompassing breaks, holiday, medical leaves, emergency leaves, etc to ensure sufficient support to perform day to day management of the batch job request
  • Assist and guide production services team in handling troubleshooting related to batch job scheduling, administration, job runs, change request, incident
  • Ensure production services support operates in an orderly manner.
  • Guide and advise production services team on daily tasks and escalations
  • Assist or participate in any activities that been assigned by SMC Lead in related to production services
  • Take responsibilities to perform Service Request/Change Requ...
