NextEra Energy Inc. seeks a regulatory attorney to support nuclear-related matters involving NextEra's nuclear operating fleet of 7 reactors at 4 sites (Florida, New Hampshire, Wisconsin), and one recommissioning project (Iowa). Reporting to the Managing Attorney - Nuclear, you will be at the forefront of all challenging nuclear matters, including NRC licensing, enforcement, nuclear access, employment, nuclear fuel cycle, commercial issues, etc. The attorney will also handle tasks such as drafting contracts, reviewing and advising the business regarding disputes, and managing vendor and other agreements related to the nuclear fleet.
