Responsibilities

• Ownership and responsibility for medium and high user impact network technologies.
• Design, implement, maintain and support Black Box’s communications networks, including the Black Box LAN/WAN, internet access, network security, remote access, network services, and all related telecommunications hardware and software components.
• Design, implement, maintain, and support secure and scalable business-to-business and external communications network between Black Box and external organizations.
• Provide third-tier support working directly with vendors, service providers, end-users, and other IT personnel to isolate and resolve network hardware and network related software communications issues.
• Works with manufacturers, vendors, service providers, and other organizations to provide recommendations and determine areas to research, validate and implement upgrades, enhancements, or configuration changes to ensure compatibil...
