Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting and construction company to recruit a highly skilled Sr. MEP BIM Coordinator for large-scale building projects in the UAE. The role requires strong expertise in BIM processes, MEP systems, and large-scale project coordination.

• Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP, architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.
• Review and manage MEP shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, design teams, and project engineers to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and UAE authority requirements.
• Support project teams during design development, construction, testing, and commissioning stages.
