Job Description
Marketing Operations & Planning
- Own the annual quarterly and monthly marketing calendar ensuring all activities are synchronized.
- Lead weekly planning and performance meetings to review data and pivot strategies in real-time.
- Translate high-level business priorities into structured campaign and launch plans.
- Create clear briefs for the Specialists and maintain full visibility across all timelines deliverables and deadlines to ensure flawless execution.
- Own the marketing budget allocation forecasting and ROI; forecast growth trajectories and reallocate spending based on performance.
- Develop a holistic strategy that balances aggressive performance marketing with long-term brand building.
- Drive execution across existing and new territories navigating multi-lingual requirements (Arabic) and territory-specific regulatory awareness.
