Job Description
- Finalization of Accounts
- Financial Statement Preparation on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
- Direct taxes - Tax audit, ITR and transfer pricing and IT assessment
- Statutory Audit Coordination
- Compliance and Regulatory reporting
- Foreign subsidiaries tax and Regulatory complaisance- USA and Europe
- Internal controls - ICFR, RCM, SOP, DOA & Responsibility matrix
- Financial reporting (Listed Entity) - India and foreign subsidiaries (standalone & consolidation) (Ind AS, USGAAP) on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Financial controlling, preparation of Cost Records & Cost Audit,
- Other compliances- RBI, ROC, Insurance, FEMA, Companies Act, SEZ, DGFT
