This role is for someone who knows how to translate strategy into execution on the ground. You will act as a strategic talent partner to the business, ensuring our talent lifecycle is embedded end-to-end, our culture agenda lands where it matters most, and our leaders have the insights, tools, and support to build strong, healthy organizations.
You will also play a critical role in driving AI enablement across your domains by deploying talent, learning, and culture programs designed by the central team, helping the business adopt new ways of working and scale smarter.
Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent & Culture agenda across local markets and regional functions.
Act as a trusted talent partner to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities for each function or domain.
