Job Description
What You'll Do
1. Online Channel Strategy & Business Planning β 30%
Develop and execute end-to-end online channel strategies across major platforms (e.g., JD, Tmall, Tuhu); Define annual business plans, including GMV targets, assortment, pricing, and growth roadmap; Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key platforms to drive sustainable growth; Monitor platform dynamics, traffic rules, and competitive landscape to continuously optimize strategy.
2. Channel Growth & Performance Management β 30%
Own and drive core KPIs, including GMV, revenue, traffic, conversion, and profitability; Plan and execute key e-commerce campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11)
Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion mechanisms to maximize ROI; Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and drive actions to close performance gaps
3. Platform & Key Account Management β 20%
