**Job Summary:**

Senior Manager, HR & Crew Experience, is responsible for contributing to and leading HR services for film productions. This role partners closely with business leaders, production leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, including Employee Relations, Employment Legal and Labor Relations. This role focuses on enhancing the production crew experience by delivering strategic HR support to productions, studio leadership, and key stakeholders. The West Coast team provides support and guidance for productions in the Western US, Canada as well as the Pacific region. The Senior Manager reports to the Vice President, HR & Crew Experience, and leads the HR & Crew Experience Partner.
