Lead the research engine for Amazon's Principal Engineering Community, the technical spine of the company. You'll build and develop a team of exemplary search practitioners responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring Principal, Senior Principal, and Distinguished Engineers across Software, Hardware, Network, Data, Systems, and Security disciplines.
