Position Overview
This role will shape the future of Price Optimization general ledger process.. You’ll lead process improvement initiatives, manage a team, and ensure high-quality, technology-enabled close process. This role is ideal for experienced leaders ready to support transformation of a critical finance function.What You’ll Do:
Oversee and lead the end-to-end general ledger (GL) function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly and quarterly close for the Price business unit.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Oversee the calculation and continuous improvement of key metrics and reserves, including Utilization Rates and the Claim Adjustment Reserve, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with operational drivers.
