Job Description

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the HSSE Management System for the Project in compliance with the Client Requirements, Hill Corporate policies, International Standards, and Industry best practices.
  • Periodically conducts detailed audits to assess the level of compliance with the HSSE systems, procedures, and related activities.
  • Regularly interacts with the Contractors, Consultants teams, and other Stakeholders HSSE Representatives, to assess and report on site activities, HSSE issues and observed performance trends.

    • HSSE Specific:

  • Assist in developing the project wide HSSE strategy which includes a safety incentive plan which will be implemented by Contractors and LDC (and Other Consultants) across the Project.
  • Ensure that the Contractors HSSE program and Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) are in place, are reviewed and approv...
