At Houston Methodist, the Senior Human Resources (HR) Representative position is responsible for performing moderately complex HR activities within the scope of their department, related to onboarding applicants and non-employees, employee records, HR information and data systems, monitoring and reporting, requiring accuracy and compliance with HM policies and regulatory agencies. This position uses problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and as appropriate, performs the final review and audit of all required documentation for the clearance of new hires and non-employees, employee and others' status changes throughout the year, and annual requirements.
