A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Sr. HR Manager at MKS Malaysia, you will partner with various functional leaders to coordinate resources and efforts to drive HR work, resolve people‑related issues, enhance communication, improve cross‑departmental collaboration, and facilitate employee engagement. You will report to the Regional HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, implementation, and administration of HR programs for Malaysia, including employment, employee relations, immigration, equal employment practices, organizational development, and administering the company’s annual performance and salary review process.
• Advise managers, supervisors, and employees regarding the interpretation and application of company HR policies and procedures; provide technical expertise on employee‑related matters.
