The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and play a key role in overseeing operating expenses across the Agency. This position is primarily focused on expense management, partnering closely with back-office functions while supporting front-office departments. In addition to core Opex oversight, the role will contribute to management reporting that provides visibility into the full P&L and supports executive leadership.

This role requires a forward-looking FP&A mindset and the ability to think beyond the numbers. Serving as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, the Senior Financial Analyst will deliver financial transparency, assess cost drivers, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.
