Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on

Finance Controller

to own end-to-end accounting, month-end close, statutory compliance, payroll, and P2P/O2C operations. The role will ensure audit-ready financials while building strong processes and internal controls in a fast-growing organization.
A. Accounting & Reporting (day-to-day)
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping: AP, AR, T&E, vouchers, journals, and timely posting.
Review & oversee sales invoices; reconcile receipts and customer payments.
Review & oversee daily/weekly bank reconciliations and cash position checks.
Lead month-end close: accruals, cut-offs, reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, inventory accounting, and ledger closing entries.
