Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage administrative and secretarial duties including: Call handling, screening, and routing Calendar management and scheduling Travel coordination and bookings Planning meetings, conferences, and events Arranging catering, equipment, and meeting rooms Procurement of office supplies and equipment Lead vendor negotiations to optimize cost and service quality. Oversee housekeeping, cafeteria, and facility vendors to ensure SLA adherence. Manage AMCs and preventive maintenance schedules for office infrastructure. Coordinate insurance-related activities and documentation . Support Program Manager in daily operations and special projects . Skills Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi ; pleasant and professional demeanor. Effective problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to daily operational challenges.
