Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Coordinate offer rollouts and support pre-joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and other Bonafide letters.
- Maintain and update employee files and HRIS records, generate reports, extract data, and create dashboards for HR analysis and reporting.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace queries for day-to-day HR tasks.
- Support employee confirmation and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures and ensure HR policy documents are regularly maintained and updated.
