Job Description
You will be working on the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical quality and patient safety strategies, programmes and initiatives. You will also track and review the clinical departmentsβ Mortality & Morbidity submissions, monitor and follow up on the action plans.
Additionally, you will develop appropriate, feasible interventions and solutions to eliminate, reduce or mitigate issues identified from clinical incidents, identify existing and emerging clinical risks in the organisation, and design corresponding risk management measures.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
