Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

+ Minimum (5 to 10) years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.

+ Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.

+ Prepare estimate plan.

+ Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.

+ Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).

+ Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate.

+ Present cost estimate report to management.

+ Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).

+ Familiarization with SAEP-25.

+ Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
