As the Sr. Engineering Manager for Retail Hub, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers responsible for one of Nordstrom’s key merchandising platforms – a modern micro-frontend (MFE) and backend-for-frontend (BFF) platform that powers the internal tools and experiences merchandising teams rely on every day. Retail Hub is where business users across Merchandising, Inventory, Supply Chain & Operations come to manage critical workflows, and leading its platform evolution is both a high-impact challenge and a tremendous opportunity.
