As a Front‑End (FE) Global Manufacturing Senior Engineer, you will collaborate with all Front‑End Manufacturing sites to deliver strategic solutions and drive the sharing of Best‑Known Methods (BKMs) toward operations excellence. You will support global Manufacturing Engineering (ME) operations through standardization, optimization, digitalization, and systemization, developing clear metrics for deliverables and influencing key business partners to align and improve output efficiency.

• Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of FE ME operation/equipment metrics, capacity readiness processes, business processes, and BKMs across all sites.
