**Job Description Summary**
Global Design Leader - Plant Controls is responsible for leading extended scope controls engineering projects through kick-off, hardware design, software development, commissioning to commercial plant operation. The GDL will support the requisition, design, structuring, validation and commissioning control systems for GT, Bottoming Cycle (HRSG & ST) and Balance of Plant (BOP). This role, in addition to closely collaborating with our internal & external customers, is critical in driving a team culture of technical system & domain depth, contemporary leadership, on-time quality execution and a customer-focused mindset.
