Job Description

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DQE located in Shenzhen Nanshan.

Reporting to the Sr. DQE Manager, the DQE’s role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

  • Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document, develop Power Supply (PSU), Power Shelf (PS), Rack and BBU qualification test plan (including product functional, climatic environmental and reliability test requirements)
  • Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing) and finish the test on time
  • Optimize some test method and equipment fixture
  • Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test and propose the corrective action if possible.
  • Prepare DQE test report after DQE test
